Every item is made to order. Allow 4 to 7 business days for production before shipping. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Because items are custom-made to order, returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection cannot be accepted. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items are fully covered within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Damage, misprints, and fulfillment errors are covered. Email mgmt@colee.one within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.
Available shipping destinations, carrier options, and live shipping rates are calculated and confirmed at checkout on Shopify. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
